Expect lots of wordy things - independent magazines primarily - with plenty of reportage photography and great bits of design. There will also be occasional pieces of written reportage stories. It all comes down to time.

Minimalist Wooden Smart Clock

Remember that minimalist circadian clock which utilised shadows to tell the time that was on here before? Well here's one in a similar sort of vein, but made from wood. With smart technology.

It works with loads of your favourite life organising apps, that's got to be handy, right?

Given my tardiness, I could probably do with a clock which tells me when it's time to get ready to leave the house. Though I don't know whether I'd actually like that. It might end up feeling a bit 1984. Which is maybe why the plug seems to have been pulled on the Kickstarter campaign. I mean, what do you make of a clock which tells you how far away your dinner guest is?

It looks smart though. And sometimes that makes up for any technology induced creepiness. Would you buy one?
